BIM Trainer and Revit User
This position involves training and supporting BIM users in the use and application of BIM related software including but not limited to Revit Architecture.  Developing and implementing a plan to transition the office from AutoCad to BIM use.

• Develop and customize in-house training programs
• Training staff in the use and application of Autodesk, Revit Architecture.
• Support users on projects
• Develop in house BIM standards and component libraries

To be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate at least the following knowledge & skills:

• Minimum 5 years Revit training in an Architectural Firm and 3 years experience in implementing Revit on projects
• Expert in Autodesk BIM software including Revit Architecture
• Knowledge of the architectural design process

The following qualifications are considered an asset.
• Autodesk Certified Instructor/Professional
• Experience in training large groups an asset
• Experience in the building design and construction phases
• Experience in working in an Architectural firm on large institutional and commercial projects
• Knowledge in engineering, analysis and project management software an asset
• Patient, well organized, a self starter and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Education: Degree/ Diploma in Architecture
                  Autodesk Certified Instructor/Professional
                  LEED AP
