INTERMEDIATE AND SENIOR TECHNOLOGISTS

The Role:

We are seeking Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within an architectural firm. Must be skilled in Auto CADD 2009 and experience with Revit will be considered an advantage. A desire for continuing education is a must.

The Responsibilities:

• -      Work on a variety of small, medium and large projects in a group-work environment.
• -      Develop working drawings
• -      Interact with sub-consultants including: managing inputs and outputs, managing project expectations  (i.e. deliverables)
• -      provide design feedback
• -     Assist with coordination of the drawing package and specifications
• -     Collecting data for, and the production of , “as founds” and “as builts”
• -     Coordinating the work of consultants
• ·         Gathering and communicating work related to building systems
• ·         Incorporating information into drawings
• ·         Relaying information back to team
• -     Providing mentoring in your area of expertise
• -       Identify and pursue opportunities for further advancement and specialization
• -       Set and evaluate personal goals, seek assistance from the firm or peers as needed for achievement.
